LFI BOOTH

Although completed after my departure from the company I was instrumental in the design and development of the Kuzco booth for Lightfair International. After visiting the Light + Building show in Frankfurt we were inspired to present our product in a more stark and minimal manner. With my experience in presenting sculptural works I find it important to allow space between the objects. The experience for the potential client is also much more contemplative than overwhelming, as many show spaces may be.
Ethereal translucent spaces such as Robert Irwin installations were and influence on the look and feel of the booth. The materials, layout and assembly of the space involved continuous collaboration between our design group, marketing and the fabrication team. The excellent result of the efforts resulted in winning the Best Booth Award.
