With a design in hand I was charged with the task of creating the CAD model of the table. Utilizing surface modeling the geometry was generated to emulate the small scale model.
The CAD model was divided into numerous sections to be cut from wood and assembled. Once the slices were stacked the client's staff then shaved down the edges to a uniform surface.
